We stayed in the apartment for 2 weeks and absolutely loved it. The whole place is beautifully designed — both the development and the apartment itself. The location is spot on: very private and quiet, but literally just a few steps from Calle 7, with all the great cafés, restaurants, bars, shops and the best street taco spots. The hosts were super responsive and really helpful throughout. The apartment had everything we needed and felt very easy to live in. I especially loved the terrace for my morning coffee, and our daughter had the best time in the private rooftop pool — such a nice touch. Honestly, all fantastic. We’ll definitely be back.

This is a very nice and brand-new (as of early 2026 ) apartment. It's just one block off La Valeta's main street and walkable to everything in the area--while also being very quiet and private. We explored most of Tulum during our visit and liked La Valeta best. The large patio and pool are huge bonuses (the rooftop has a shared half-bathroom, but each unit has its own private pool). The hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating, too!

I had the best stay at Casa Emilia in Tulum. The team was so helpful, they arranged an ATV, provide local recommendations, gave suggestions on how to get to the beach, and arranged airport transfers. I was by myself and felt very safe in the area, I walked a lot but easily grabbed taxis for the beach. I loved all the local cafes and restaurants. The Airbnb was beautiful and extremely comfortable. I couldn’t recommend enough! I hope to be back.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The location in La Veleta was perfect. The space was very spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. The rental team was also amazing, extremely responsive and quick to help with any questions we had. We felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. We were in town for the Zamna music festival but also wanted to explore downtown Tulum, cenotes, and spend time at the beach. Nothing was more than 15 minutes from this location. Would book again.
